This coffee shop was one of the highlights when we visited Venice last March. Every employee only spoke Italian so know how to communicate a little before you go in. Each morning in Venice my son, daughter and I would come in and order cappuccinos and a cornetto. They had run out of croissants by the time we arrived so they gave us a different pastry each morning and every day they were better and better. We were excited to see what surprise we would get each day. Locals are in and out of here for their daily coffee. Don't miss this place if you enjoy typical Italian breakfast of coffee and danish.

Thanks to Yelp we found this spot close to St. Marks Basilica. It is a nice spot for a quick stop for mini pizzas, typical Italian pastries and a good cappuccino. It is very small with no seating just your typical stand at the bar. It's tough to complain with a 1.5€ cappuccino especially when you later travel to Paris and they are 5€.
